Message I know a guy who works at Tire Pros in San Luis Obispo. He didn't torque the lugnuts on someone's Jeep one time, and the wheel fell off when the customer was getting on the freeway about 4 blocks away. It caused $500 worth of brake and suspension damage but the company paid for it, and the guy I know didn't get fired. Actually, all that happened to him was a stern lecturing. It was kinda funny, cuz they suspended him for a week before they told him he wasn't fired; we was shitting himself in the meantime. Considering how bad he felt, I bet he'll never forget the lugnuts again.
